4th Workshop in Information and Human Language Technology

TIL'2006


 

TIL'2006 received 53 submissions: 41,5% of them (22 papers) were accepted as full papers, with oral presentation; 22,6% (12 papers) were accepted as short papers, to be presented as posters. 35,8% (19 papers) were not accepted.

Papers were submitted in Portuguese (32 papers), English (18) and Spanish (3), coming from several countries: Argentina, Brazil, Britain, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Mexico, Portugal, Spain and USA. The Brazilian papers came from some of the main Brazilian universities: PUC-PR, PUC-RIO, PUC-RS, UFMG, UFPA, UFSCar, UNICAMP, UNISINOS and USP.

The workshop was attended by c.a. 70 participants from Brazil and foreign countries, consisting by far in the biggest workshop in the International Joint Conference IBERAMIA/SBIA/SBRN.
